I can help with on the job guidance.  We will work as a team, you in the lead.  I will be a second organizer on the jobsite working under your direction.  I will be there to help if you are not sure how to solve an organizing problem or how to approach the client.

Rates vary depending on the job.  Remuneration is negotiated so all parties are treated fairly.
